We trained those LOS ZETAS Drug Cartel Soldiers at Fort Benning, Georgia then they trained a bunch of other people for the Drug Cartels in Mexico, now there is 1,000's of highly trained soldiers working for the drug cartels thanks to the training going on at Fort Benning at The School Of the America's.Another example of people in the Government doing what they do best create terror & crime then act like they are fighting crime & terror. The U$ Government funded Bin Laden too.
So funny the war on drugs is wrong and were losing. We are losing it along with the war on murder, robbery, rape, assault etc. No one can win the war on any crime. Watch Intervention on A&E that will be America with legalization.
I think I've already realized the error of my way, as I was, once upon a time, a hardcore conservative. I was reading books by Gingrich (Winning the Future) and watching Hannity and O'Reilly religiously. I don't intend to be a jerk but I want you to question every view you've ever held. If your views are correct then there should be no problem with you testing their plausibility. Check out: Noam Chomsky and Howard Zinn.
You're right because educating ourselves only gives us facts rather than feelings. How about we make education illegal too? At least if we made education illegal everyone would be as ignorant as you.....wait for it, wait for it......Consider yourself ignored. Come back when you have facts that aren't from the mouth of a news anchor but from the ink of a scholar. Check out some Noam Chomsky and Howard Zinn. You won't understand what they're talking about by try anyways.
DEA arrests caused power vacuums along the Tex-Mex boarder; The loss of Abrego was like losing Saddam Hussein in Iraq: Afterward all hell broke loose!
Drug leaders placed in prison quickly forged alliances, (Tijuanas Arellano Felix & Gulf leader Osiel Cardnas). The Mexican prison system has become a recruiting & university drug training inst for the drug lords
DEA meddling has exacerbated the trouble; Their war on Mexican drugs made things worse! The stats speak clearly for themselves!
What is unfortunate is that although this man is speaking frankly and is speaking the truth, there is a core percentage of the American population that is too immature & deluded to deal with the drug problem any other way other than from a law enforcement/war on drugs policy perspective. If a politician even bravely suggests that we should even discuss legalizing drugs, then he or she is quickly shouted down or discredited. It is the one of the 3rd rails of American politics.
Finally an intellegent Texas law enforcement official that makes sense, this reporter covers Mexico better than any news channel in the States. Thank you for the report.
Putting up a fence or shooting people won't stop this. What we really need to do is help improve the Mexican economy and you need to stop watching Fox news and start reading scholarly journals.
Yay. Because that will totally bring civility to both countries. The military. Forget bringing aid or trying to fix the poverty issues in Mexico. Let's just shoot them bastards.
I gave up on Mexico years ago when I saw they wanted Socialism. Now they try to bring it here. As for them, to heck with them. I want to save my country. Lock and Load muchacho.
NO! America has not. Our government is running rampant and disregarding the people. It will bite them on the ass if they don't start listening. But alas, I'm sorry, you are so right. Socialism has worked so well in Russia and Cuba for years. What am I thinking about. Go back to your fantasy videos and drink some more kool aid. Kumbia Ya My Lord... Kumbia Ya!
Socialism has worked so well in just about the most developed nations in the world (France, Japan, England, etc). Plus, even America adopts quite a few socialist principles. Unless, you don't think that public libraries, police, medic-aid and fire fighters are part of socialist philosophy.
Crystal meth and crack cocaine are both drugs that are created in the streets. If drugs are legalized crystal meth and crack cocaine would be non-existent because government regulated alternatives would be present. The junkie could legally get a fix of something other than meth/crack, effectively putting the dealers of those hyper-addictive substances out of business.

America created the problem there
In America 1 in 100 people been in prison
Moreover, America is not a democratic republic, but rather a war-mongering socialist country for corporations
America is second only to Mexico in illiteracy rates
Whatever America touches, it makes elites rich; and destroys working peoples lives
Poor quality of life leads to drug use for neurological reasons

Our law enforcement has to have military help. Militarize our borders. Give them orders to defend themselves.

wtf are you talking about? America has adopted socialist practices for itself. socialism IS how you get rid of the poverty issues in any country.
Mind you, it needs to be a mix of socialism and capitalism. But still.
