@DrGreTuLR It is actually the wide angle lens making it looked curved, also makes it look like you are way higher as well. Same camera i used in my vids, gives it a nice look.

What sound setting did you use on the GoPro? I'm trying to get good sound in MotorSport use but all I get is rumble.

I dont really want to take off the front ring as suggested in the manual as I also like using the cam underwater and dont want to risk reducing the waterproofing by continual removal/replacement.

I guess IF that is the answer, I could get another housing.

Dont know. Video is much to old and the cam to. The new one is much better. I have two housings for my new GoPro Hero HD. One normal like before and one for better sound.
