If i recall correctly it has a pull-start cord, like a lawn mower motor. Btw, the engine of this uses unleaded fuel.

Sorry for the late response. The 'Macapagal' in the title refers to a place, its the area we fly, located in the reclaimed area near Manila Bay, Roxas Blvd and Coastal Road.
