Sillycheese, remember the little rumor how all of us asians have beautiful skin? Why did they lie to us! I think it is the bad air in America :O Good luck with your recovery sis :)
This isn't really a solution to the general public. I think this "solution" is just a cover-up and can be dangerous.
A real "solution" is to eat healthy and take care of your body. Eat at least a 70-80% raw diet of fruits and vegetables, drink enough water, exercise at least 30 minutes a day, and wash your face twice daily. Use a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer that you like the most. Try that, and then see if it works or not.
@ImaginarYxGoddesS Dude, people usually resort to this kind of stuff when all else have failed them..... I have been on an annoying road of this crap since i was 16 and even 4 years later it is still existing. NOW i am taking the hardcore crap from pharmicies and dermas because every single commercialized drug on the shelves haven't worked on me. You are probably lucky that you did not have stubborn acne and post that people who take pills are lazy, which is fine, but keep it to yourself please.
I agree with you on the part of trying to eat healthy, take vitamins, go exercise, drink water, and wash your face. For years, I have been working out at 24 hr fitness. I usually spend 3 hrs a day at the gym working out. I also like to sit in the sauna and steam room (good for your skin) afterward as a reward for the hard work at the gym. I believe if you have a good health, it will appear good signs outside of your body as well.
@SillyCheesy But it is not necessary that doing all these could cure your acne problem. For my case, I believe acne is a genetic thing in my family that I cannot avoid. Almost everyone in my family at my age would suffer this problem. Usually, my family thinks it is the age and will go away eventually... so they don't really take it seriously and let the problem just grows for yrs and if lucky... it would stop soon!
For me, I don't give up easily. I don't like the fact that they didn't even try to find the cure but already gave up. I think if you let your acne sits on your skin for awhile, it would eat up your skin if you know what I mean. Instead of having temporary scars, you could have permanent scars not just physically but also emotionally. I feel that you are a very lucky person for finding a cure for your skin so easily. So love your skin. But what works for you might not work for others :(
Hence, I always suggest ppl to keep on trying and don't give up hope on finding a true cure for yourself. As of today, my skin has finally cleared up after of taking accutane for one month early in June. I only have pigmentation scarring issue right now which is my next mission to find its solution. I would have a zit here & there 'cus I am a girl but it would go away in one or two day so it's not that bad compared to what I had gone through before. I wish everyone the best as well! Keep trying!
Acne is caused by candida, parasites & internal blockages, join the forum I created just 5mins ago & let's f*@$*@$ cure your & everyone else's acne for good. This is not B.S do NOT ignore this link: proactiveaustralia(dot)com(dot)au visit right now!
fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck acne. that fucking curse. why did it choose me?
i eat well. i fucking exercise 5 tyms a week. i sleep a lot. i drink lots of water. and i still fucking get acne. why don't those douchebags at my school who only eat burgers and chips and don't exercise get it?
and my doctor is experimenting on me. tablets after tablets. if doxycycline don't do the job...i will kill my doctor!
@mrningaili Did doxy work for you? aww... don't feel too frustrated. Remember... more stress=more acne as well :( If I were you, I would try accutane regardless of its scary rumor on its side effects. Honestly, the doctor almost got me back out of my decision on trying the med when he went over the list of side effects I would deal with. It was very scary. Hearing loss, getting blind, brain tumor... etc. But if you think about it... almost all of the acne med that we have to take are poisonous
to our bodies. So if I were you, try the acne med that you would work for most ppl. Let it kill the source for once and that's it... then keep on switching around on med for a short term result only :( GLUCK!!!! Don't give up on fighting with it!!!
@mrningaili I bet the exercise is a lot of it. My acne is mild all year, but when its basketball season it gets really bad. Try washing your face immediately after exercise. Helps me lots! :)
@mrningailinot trying to be funny but for some people masterbating causes acne aswell, now im not saying for you it might be the case but it just might work, if you do masterbate
@SunKissedBeauty09 I couldn't take it, I don't know about you. I don't know if it's dangerous for your insides. You're going to have to research about that o:.
actually, ive been on it for months now...and its great. it drys the skin out horridly, but thats the price it comes at lol and to be real, i would go through a lot for clear skin. its been weeks since i had a new break out and i only have like 4 spots or something now. its great. try it!
omg ur on accutane?1?!O.O thats some heavy shit im on menocycline right now i have horrible acne -____- i wana cry my eyes out everytime i look in the mirror.
@lThatKidAndrewl Accutane wasn't that bad for me. I took it only for one month... no actually I would say two months to be exact. There wasn't any bad side effect that the doctor told me that I would encounter... maybe a little bit dryness with my skin and lip. I guess I am lucky to see the result right the way =)
I wanna say good luck to you! I hope you'll find a cure eventually. Give accutane a try if you have to. All the side effects seem very scary and almost got me back out with my decision to be on it but after took it... I'm glad that I did.
The American Institute Of Advanced Medicine can help! They have over 25 years experience and over 90% success rate for a varity for skin disorders including cystic acne check out theaiam.com their protocols really work!!
Their medication is FDA approved with no side effects! ** Not a scam!
@dahsole2 my acne scars are still on my face right now. my doctor told me just to be patient about it. he said since i am on accutane right now, it might help because the med will speed up the cells turnover which i guess new cells= better skin appearance. I will do an update video on this acne stuff. Definitely a must because I hate acne. Therefore, i would like to help you guys out there who have the same problem too if I find a working solution for myself.
I have to take erythromycin pills ): they work awesome but, they are annoying had a course for 1 month prescribed by my doctor to take 120 pills ): ( 2 pills twice a day) they never tasted bad lol but... Damn... Let's just say it's not nice on your stomach xd *you'll spend your time in the bathroom crapping yourself*
@Palafury Ya, Doxycycline was not nice to me. I threw up every time I took it before. So my doctor had to prescribe other antibiotic to me - Minocycline which did help my skin for several months then stopped. Doctor then prescribed Amoxicillin to me. Same thing... I thought that was it... Clear skin. But no it stopped :( I'm on Accutane right now (on my second month). Well when everything is done, I will do a video update on this video and share my experience to you guys about accutane.
@seyness1 again... the video makes my skin looks good but in reality it is not so great :( I have a lot of problems with my facial skin. I will post an update on this video about my accutane experience throughout these passing months. I think pictures will show you guys a better idea of my skin.
I'm glad its working! :) Hopefully, you wont have to take Accutane. If you can, can you do a review on the Clarisonic? Thank you! I'll be looking forward for your updates and videos!
@ShannonPark415 Hello Shannon, I will try to update more videos but I don't know about Clarisonic because many gurus have already done a good job on reviewing it =)
yay great video girl, I used to have really bad acne too, until my doctor prescribe me some erythromycin gel to apply on my face at the day, and tretinoin i think at night. but then I ran out of the erythromycin and i still have a couple pimples here and there but not as much so now i am going to try to use drugstore products mayb or ask my doctor to gimme more erythromycin i love tht stuff LOL
@aiaiNkiki Aww.. thank you! I am so tired of bumpy skin. I am glad that erythromycin is working for me. I am crossing my fingers right now that this will be it for my acne problem. No more from now on.... Same with you love. Over the counter products can be pricey if you do the math though because you will have very little of the products on stuff like benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid or sulfur.. Hence, more buying=more money. Try to ask your doctor for more erythromycin instead =)
