  • I dig. For people new to a KB, maybe one at a time.

Just starting out wrist straps will help. You swing the KB wrong, it bite da wrist.

  • Ring Push-ups BURNNN Great vid!

  • freaking annoying when people tilt it sideways. good job otherwise though..

  • I'm not a caveman

  • @sdubois i'm looking to get rid of a little lower ab fat and love handles, will this help

  • i haven't tried it yet looks killer. whats the time to beat? or what should i be aiming for?

  • Are you wearing Vibram FiveFingers?

  • @sdubois I am!

  • @supmuhhumbruh If you eat paleo as well, you are such a functional fitness stereotype ;)

  • i do this circuit twice a week inbetween my gym sessions, kills me but i love it, seeing the benefits :)

  • @davnco Fantastic! keep it up!

  • Good job guys, learned some stuff here I'll have to incorporate into my own circuits

  • @HallwaysOfAlways Thanks for watching!

  • I tired it = if you just start don't do it in dual mode, use only one kettlebell or you ll die :)

  • and i have another question: do you warm up before and how long? i have learn to warm up 15 minutes before intensive effort to bring the heart to a 110bpm but nobody talks about warming up in kettlebell workout, i find it weird. (my english sux sry)

  • @kroooassant A good joint mobility warmup never hurts - for priming and diagnostic purposes. I'm using 2 x 16kg (35ish lb) kettlebells.

  • what weight are you using for the double kettlebell exercise? 30lb? I need a reference. When i see people with double 24 kg kettlebell iam like wtf lol, noobs can't start with that^^

  • good job guys, way to get it done

  • nice! whats the weight of the KBs?

  • @between1181 2 x 16kg

  • Tried this workout and honestly could not do it w/o some modifications - it is killer! I just kept thinking how the F can anyone do this. Nice work great vid!

  • Wish I was there!!! Doing it at my gym now this challenge...awesome!!!

  • Shoulda been there for this tear-jerker!

  • Just brutal man! I have to admit man, you are ripped as hell...what's your secret??

  • @GeorgeBerns No secret george, just keep my diet clean 99.9% of the time and train hard, but also train smart

  • @supmuhhumbruh What's "clean" to you? Some can eat whole grains where others have to go low carb. There are guys ripped just as good as you and can eat plenty of whole grains. What do you eat?

  • @ShelterDogs I follow a regimen that I came up with called the Concentrated Carb Dosing Protocol - the premise is that you treat carbs as a supplement, rather than a staple in your diet - head over to The Colloquium and register for free and you can get the eReport on it

  • @ShelterDogs Concentrated Carb Dosing Protocol - head over to my site to get the free report on it

  • @GeorgeBerns ... LOL what's his secret? You watched the video right? His "secret" is....he's doing that workout!

  • you're sooo sexy!!! ;D

  • @nicohannah09 Thanks for viewing!

  • you're sooo sexy!!! ;D

  • This looks so painful. Cant wait to try it out!

  • lol, and I just did a 300 workout today! Mine was bodyweight though, don't have my kettlebells with me. :)

Most excellent form, I hope to be that good one day.

  • @TheBarefootWarrior Thanks! This workout was incredibly grueling, you definitely have to give it a shot! Good form and technique just comes with plenty of practice, and all of your videos look great so keep it up. Have you ever thought of becoming RKC, or pursuing another kettlebell cert? You would certainly make a fantastic instructor

  • @supmuhhumbruh I have actually thought of starting with HKC for now. The state that I live in has so few certified instructors that it would be fantastic for the business I keep dreaming of starting, but RKC seems so daunting for me because due to my weight I would have to snatch the 16kg, and that is freaking hard for me to swing for 5 minutes. BUT I am restarting ETK on Monday, so that will build my strength up. :D

  • @TheBarefootWarrior The snatch test can be very intimidating, but it's nothing you can't handle. What works for a lot of people(especially women) is to do 10 snatches each side, which should take you roughly 30-40 seconds, then you can put the bell down and rest for the remainder of the minute. This will get you your 100 reps under 5 minutes. If you really want to start getting your snatch numbers up just PM or email me and I'd be happy to send you a program
