and i have another question: do you warm up before and how long? i have learn to warm up 15 minutes before intensive effort to bring the heart to a 110bpm but nobody talks about warming up in kettlebell workout, i find it weird. (my english sux sry)
what weight are you using for the double kettlebell exercise? 30lb? I need a reference. When i see people with double 24 kg kettlebell iam like wtf lol, noobs can't start with that^^
Tried this workout and honestly could not do it w/o some modifications - it is killer! I just kept thinking how the F can anyone do this. Nice work great vid!
@supmuhhumbruh What's "clean" to you? Some can eat whole grains where others have to go low carb. There are guys ripped just as good as you and can eat plenty of whole grains. What do you eat?
@ShelterDogs I follow a regimen that I came up with called the Concentrated Carb Dosing Protocol - the premise is that you treat carbs as a supplement, rather than a staple in your diet - head over to The Colloquium and register for free and you can get the eReport on it
@TheBarefootWarrior Thanks! This workout was incredibly grueling, you definitely have to give it a shot! Good form and technique just comes with plenty of practice, and all of your videos look great so keep it up. Have you ever thought of becoming RKC, or pursuing another kettlebell cert? You would certainly make a fantastic instructor
@supmuhhumbruh I have actually thought of starting with HKC for now. The state that I live in has so few certified instructors that it would be fantastic for the business I keep dreaming of starting, but RKC seems so daunting for me because due to my weight I would have to snatch the 16kg, and that is freaking hard for me to swing for 5 minutes. BUT I am restarting ETK on Monday, so that will build my strength up. :D
@TheBarefootWarrior The snatch test can be very intimidating, but it's nothing you can't handle. What works for a lot of people(especially women) is to do 10 snatches each side, which should take you roughly 30-40 seconds, then you can put the bell down and rest for the remainder of the minute. This will get you your 100 reps under 5 minutes. If you really want to start getting your snatch numbers up just PM or email me and I'd be happy to send you a program

I dig. For people new to a KB, maybe one at a time.
Just starting out wrist straps will help. You swing the KB wrong, it bite da wrist.

@kroooassant A good joint mobility warmup never hurts - for priming and diagnostic purposes. I'm using 2 x 16kg (35ish lb) kettlebells.
