I have a Camry, it is a great car, good MPG's, nicer looking than this Sonota and it has 268 Horsepower WITHOUT a turbo. The Sonota is not a bad car, but it is similar to the Camry in many ways in that it is a midsized car that provides comfort and style for a decent price. I would not buy a turbo car, heard too many bad things about them.

If you say Japanese cars are better you don't know anything. Several times Hyundai has been voted the best quality car by German car magazines and they do really in depth controls of real quality, not subjective "this door slams shut sounding like a safe". And what of Japanese cars? If you buy a Nissan in Europe, it has been built in Sunderland, England. Other Japanese carmakers have their factories in Czeck republic or somewhere else. I'll bet you that Toyota you've got is built in the US.

I bought this back in October, and for the price is is an amazing car.

You can't get all this stuff on any other car for the price. The interior is the best I've seen, and the exterior is gorgeous too.

I bought the SE version with Nav and it cost me $23,000. If you want the same on the Accord or Altima, it's 30k+, and you don't get the amazing Hyundai warranty.

The only thing I regret is I wish I would've gotten it in black. I have the silver/blue that is shown in the video.

i never drove in a CLS65 but i saw a CLS55 and it was really fast.

what i really meant was that the design of the car and the base idea of the car.

its that the base styling of the sonata is stolen from the cls. And the idea of making a "turbo" version of the sonata is like the "AMG" idea of mercedes benz...

Ofcourse im not comparing them and if i do, sonata and its turbo will just lose badly.

Fuck Honda Accord and Camry, I go with Sonata V6, I just got a used 09 sonata v6 for less than $10k. fuck honda accord v4 2.4l $15k and camry v4 $16k, i get my second sonata at a dirty cheap price from our local rental car. haha, say no deal to dealer people, they are suckers.

Test drove one last weekend. The Road Noise was extraordinary! Checked out the Reviews on Edmunds just to make sure it wasn't me being too demanding.

The 2011 Sonata is an amazing car! I sell Hyundai's for a living and the Sonata in my mind is the best mid-sized car out there! And yes that is a SE in the demo... @cashmunny there is no badge on the back of the car for the SE, only the limited. So unless you look for the duel exhaust, side mirror lights,paddle shifters(inside) and larger rims you wouldn't know.

I actually prefer the stiffer sports tuned suspension of the SE vs. the limited or GLS. Either way they are all wonderful cars!

I've driven a 2009 sonata and that was more comfy and quieter then my sisters 02 camry xle. So I can imagine how nice the new sonata is. I'd buy this or the previous gen. if I could. I've seen a new 2010 accord stop next to me the other day, and a panel inside the car was hanging down already. I don't think camry or accord are built as well as they used to be. Both my mothers Fusion and the new Sonata rule!! :)

@liv38ig You are right...that is not a limited he is talking about here...I have an SE and my car looks exactly like it. It doesn't have the signal lights in the side mirrors nor does it have leather trim. My SE has the navigation system with the sunroof. Believe me, I love it more and prefered it over the limited.

The one in the video is an SE model with sport-tuned suspension & 18 inch wheels. The Limited model has 17 inch wheels, has a bit more luxury options like leather seats & rear seat heaters, has softer ride, & costs a bit more than the SE.... SE model is more cheaper than limited but looks WAY better with 18 inch & dual exhaust(better sound). I would get the SE over the Limited any day.....

I currently own a 2009 sonata, and previous to that I had a 2002 and a 2003 sonata. Let me tell you, they are great cars, I haven't had any problems out of my car. Its a great brand and I will continue to purchase hyundai's in the future. Don't sleep on them. I hope the resell value starts going up for these cars since I think they are just as reliable as a honda or toyota, and you can't beat that warranty and price.
