i visited his grave last august and also his brother Jack s grave in Dyess Arkansas all the way from Belgium so now i can die peacefully

Johnny's love for June was so real, it was like watching the movie the "Note Book"!

I have watched and listened to him since I was a little girl, and I don't think there will ever be another man like Johnny. He might have passed, but his music has touched young and old and his music will live on forever. He was true to the heart.

Met him and the Carter family in Manchester U.K. in the late 60s ,he was there doing a show with the Statler Bros.. We were recording a piece for a 50s radio show in Yorkshire . My brother {who was his biggest fan } and myself met him a couple more  times , what a southern gent ! .

Wow..I'll never forget the days when Johnny and June passed away. When June passed away in May of '03, I was in 5th grade watching CMT and hearing about her. Then in September of '03, I was then a 6th grader when Johnny passed away. May they rest in peace.
