  • it´s so unfair that this bike only cost 8000$ in the USA, but in Norway where I´m from , the bike cost insanely 32 000 $ !!! ahhhhhhh

  • Get rid of that music and it will be a real bike video.

  • i love it!

  • Gee, with all that stupid music playing, I couldn't hear the main focus of the video, THE T100. Nor could I hear any descriptions/dialog about the video of said bike. So why was this video made?

I like the bike very much from other videos & from seeing it at the Concord CA dealership. But I am disappointed that a company like this would have so many plastic parts & leave off several other parts that are standard on other bikes.

But the video, come on, it's 2010, make a talkie why don't you.

  • great stuff!

  • Nice paint!! I ride a Goldwing GL1500 SE, but my dad has an '05 T100. Didn't like the stock bars, so put ones with a more comfortable and better handling bend. No stock center stand, so got one last Christmas. This Chirstmas he's got me looking for pipes on the net. He rode 'em in the 60's, wants megaphones. I ride it occasonally, tons of power and quickness. Used to worry about blue pipes, not anymore.

  • The blue pipe color is from the Air Injection system. Most of us take that off.

  • Cool

  • Nice bike.. one of my favorite.

I went to the Triumph Demo ride event, rode a Rocket III Touing, Bonneville T100, and a Tiger 1050. So far I only have the Rocket III video edited and posted. I used a helmet cam check them out if you like. Just click on my username togo to my YouTube page.

  • Sorry to bother again, but I'm totally sold on that colour. I've been wanting to buy a Bonnie for a while, but now I want one in that gold and black.

Does anyone know if it only was/is available in Great Britain? I live in sweden and, as said earlier, never seen it here.

    Thanks for a nice video...

  • Hello,I'm from Holland and we didn't have the colour also.Nex week I'm going to buy one imported from England so I'm a happy man.

    Have a happy New Year.

  • It's a replic of the 1959 Triumph bonnie! Come on, everything is perfect, the color, the style, etc I love that bike! One day you'll be mine Bonnie (forest green)

  • shame about the colour,

  • I, on the other hand, totally love the colour. Never seen it here in Sweden though. Now, that's a shame...

  • It just fries the hell out of those pipes.

If an old one did that, there was something wrong.

  • I'm not sure but maybe the old Triumphs had double walled pipes.

The new ones do not. Cost cutting maybe.

  • I know the new bikes are tuned to run lean, and so the exhaust runs hotter and that's what causes the discoloration.

But the new fuel injected Bonnies do the same thing.

The Jap bikes had double wall headers, and the new Thunderbird does too.

It's probably not important, but I just think it makes the bike look ill when the head pipes are all different hues.

  • the bike is my long time dream but the sound quality in the video, jesus...

  • oh mamma...

  • dude you tripped me the fuck out with that video

  • newbonnevilleriders. com

  • very nice, has she got carburettors??

  • no she has electronic injection and a catalytic converter. It just looks as a carburettor but has modern technology in it (and therefore lower emmissions)

  • I love that gold color!

  • :0 yeah it is totally vintage I remember seeing alot of bikes in the early 70s using that shade

  • nice bike i want a bonneville

  • I want one

  • oh, i have this stupid question that came into my mind~ Des the speedometer light up if you turn on the headlights? I'm sure it does but just to make sure..

  • ps. my last comment was to igotyofire. The bike is awesome. Hope you're still enjoying it raptorama.

  • Looks great in that color.

  • nice, a rear seat cowl would really tidy it up, makes the bonnie look like a thruxton but without the chronic wrist pain..

  • This is an awesome bike. I ride one myself. The video doesn't do it justice. The music loop and the poor microphone hide the sound to where you only hear the cams chattering. Adding in a completely different bike (Thruxton) isn't helping matters.

  • eh not really into this type of bike...but this video could have been much better planned out, rather then just throwing a bunch of scenes together.

  • What is the point in this comment? If you don't like the bike or the video then just click "back" and go and view something you are interested in. This is YouTube not the Cannes Film Festival. We don't all produce perfect vids.

  • sorry guys but the Trumpy twins need some real performance. I would have bought a Speedmaster for the wife only it reminded me of a 350 Honda.Too tame and nice.Hot one up and Id have a Thruxton and I have had 2 Trumpy's so far, so am sympathetic and good luck to Hinkley.

  • Rumour has it there is a 1700 on the way so I guess we will wait and see.

  • Was that color only available in Australia?

  • Thank you so much for the great video, I plan on buying a T100 in the New Year here in Australia and yes it does sound so much better with the baffles removed :) Love it ... Hope you do a review on the 2008 model soon and I have been keeping an eye out here for test rides too ... TY

  • The top speed of the boneville is 182 km/h

That musicks sucks my balls, because it kills the marvelous sound of the bonnie

  • Hy

What is the top speed the T100?

I would buy it at nex year...

  • 100 mph man.. hence the name

  • Not correct, the T100 is for the hundredth anniversary of Triumph Motorcycles.

  • Actually, YOU are wrong. He was correct. The T100 was aptly named because it was the first production motorcycle to acheive 100 mph, the "true ton." I think the modern classics line will do a bit better than 100, though, closer to 108 or so.

  • Indeed, I was wrong, my apologies.

  • The first production motorcycle to do 100mph was the 1924 brough superior SS100

  • I'm not a historian, I just know what I read. Maybe it was the first MASS production bike to break the ton.

  • Punch them baffles out!

  • Why are the quick on-board shots of a Thruxton and not this bike? The bike in the speed shots like from 31-33 seconds is a Thruxton, it has clip-ons. Its not a T100. Why is that?

  • It is so that you can hear how the Bonnie sounds like with open pipes!

  • D'you only get the rev counter on the t100?

  • Standard yes only the Bonneville T100 and not the Bonneville. But easy addition I think...

  • thanks for posting this.i own a moto guzzi nevada and i`m going to buy a bonneville t100 also.i love the way it looks and it sounds!

  • Sweet Bonnie. Ride a 2003 Bonneville myself. have done a bafflectomy and a couple other mods. Going to do a fender bob and probably put on some predators.

Great video. Post more. Excellent song choice.

  • Thank you! I'm sure I'll get another chance on a Bonnie in 08 and will post more video then.
