The most creative nail art I had was called a Water Nail. What they do is put water inside the nail and put glitter and confetti made from different shapes like stars triangles,etc its awesome cause you get to shake the nail up and the glitter moves around like a snow globe! I absolutely love the water nail...expensive though i spent $15.00 for just that 1 water nail. love it though! Thanks Ruby and Davina Bottom 3 Nails!

i think that they put on the fake nails and shape them up and stuff like that when you get them done proffesionally and then they put the design on them.

if yu buy them(the nails) from walgreens and stuff they usually have the design on them and yu can just stick them on there yourself, but its better to get them done professionally.[just my opinion]
