Hyster sounds like a shortened version of hysteresis, which is the differential of the value a unit of measurment must achieve to change from one state to another and how far back it must go to return to its original state. I think it's probable that this is what the writing meant, rather than being a reference to Hitler. Of course, I've never seen this so called writing, in code, or interpreted. I suspect the whole thing is a hoax.
