I wonder if any of this could be done for someone who has had five surgeries and alot of hardware placed in the entire back. This looks like a lady with no traces of a spine thats been tampered with. So lucky...
@hawaiian435 Maybe YOU should learn your anatomy. The clavicle bone is long and does extend posteriorly. Where he had his thumb is where the clavicle meets the scapula to form the ac joint.

Yeah, he meant superior angle of the scapula. Again, looks lovely, but try doing that without the abducted thumb.

Good technique, but please learn your anatomy! You are not massaging the clavicle in that position. Clavicle is anterior buddy!
