Heres an idea for you... if your parents are cool with it, "they" can buy it and insure it as a secondary driver (they bought it for restoration of course), and list you as a third party driver.

My parents did it for me for my 74 f100 4x4 w/ a 6.4L... I'm only paying 36 bucks a month. Can't beat that with a stick... just a thought.

car drives great, and isnt really too bad on gas, about 18 mpg drivin hard or not, and dones have a pretty smooth ride but obviously not as smooth as new cars these days, and plenty fast... i honestly dont think you'll have any issues with it if you get one that has been taken care of... my car has 185,000 miles on it with the stock clutch still in it, and does get driven pretty hard occasionally... so if it was me, i'd buy one.. good luck on getting one

sounds nice... well the headlights i have are just smoked and they arent glass but i've had them for over a year and they still look as good as they did the day i got them... but im guessing you're refering to the white gauges by "HUD setup" and i had to take the whole little assembly to get back to them, nothing hard, just a lot of bolts... but thanks, and let me know when you get a vid of yours on here
