I have seen more than one M5 doing 320-330 (not that any of us would drive a car at that speed). Also the M5 came out in 2004, it is 2008 now. Also the M5 is without turbos. I love Audi's and usually reamain quite biased to them when it comes to high end German imports but this car is too expensive. An M5 and E63 will definitely keep up with it and maybe even beat it around a track along with a cheaper price tag. Love the RS6, one of my favorite cars (espcially RS6 C5) but the price to me is the factor that really hurts the RS6.

The weight of the thing is what really worries me, at 2100 kg it's no featherweight.
