  • Great tip, I just fixed a Paper Jam error on a HP Laserjet 4015 printer. It was a small piece of paper that was so hide that I didn't see it not even disassembling the printer, Thanks so much !!!

  • Thank you so much! Some smart *** guy at work wouldn't help me, just offering snarky comments, so I was determined to figure it out. Your video saved my rep! lol last thing he said to me was "Keep at it, you'll figure it out sooner or later," and I replied, "Of course I will, I'm a GIRL!" Needless to say, the printer is working just fine now. (sticking tongue out at worthless guy) lol

  • Your advice on fixing a stuck sensor just made me a hero at work. Of course, I'd already gone through the trouble of halfway disassembling the printer (to no avail) before I ran across this video, but still, you saved my day.

  • Thanks a mil! This worked perfectly stuck sensor, I used a letter opener to push it down. Worked instantly!

  • Large variety of printer and copier repair manuals available from ManualMart. Check it out

  • Thanks for the vid. Great stuff. I found the jam and we are back in business!

  • Thank u so so much!! First time this error happend, I had to dissemble the half fo the printer to reach the sensor!! now i fixed it in less than a minute!! THANKSSSSSSS!!

  • Thank you came into work after week off high rate staff member this fixed the problem

    hank you!

  • The 13.20 is technically a power on jam. It could be just about any sensor anywhere in the printer in a wrong state. If the wrong fuser is installed, the sensor could be sending the wrong message (wrong sensor/different wiring) and thus give the error.

From our experience it's most commonly the paper sensor that's stuck.

If this error shows up after installing a new fuser, yes, verify you have the proper fuser installed.

  • 13.20 can also come from the incorrect fuser installed.

  • Thanks a lot. I fixed my printer using the first method. Just sad that I tried to lift both trays along with the printer at the same time and dropped the whole printer. But I am happy that its working good now. Thanks again.

  • excellent video, stuck sensors is a common problem :)
