  • agein I AM PROUD to call this VINYL my own!

  • the production is so tight and the flow if flawless. except for pure "style" considerations, Hijack were waaaay ahead of their time on all level. Even a few years later, US rappers still thought it was cool to flow like Fu Shnickens!

BTW @nispanick, this was made before 100 miles and runnin!

  • reminds me of portland 1990 big beat show friday night canteen day ,tidy!

  • To me the baddest group that came from Great Brittain.!!

  • This was definately pre '100 miles', no doubt. Also far tighter.

  • I remember 1988/89 was my IDOL .......

  • I remember 1988/89 was my IDOL .......

  • mr 60 - why'd u pull the video from dance energy?

  • Awesome, fuck man they could blow away anyone these days. Absolute terrorists.

  • i remember them performing this live on dance energy, wicked

  • I have this on video, will post it soon

  • listening back now its a complete reversion of 100 miles and running, still way dope though, thanks for posting

  • I can see clearly how one can easily come to that conclusion just by staring at the release dates but the facts are that even The Horns Of Jericho was officially released in 91` the whole album was on hold waiting to get released for quite some time and for instance the single Badman Is Robbin, where the album is refered to was already released in 89 (read the description).

  • Now It would need some real heads to unravel this one, and you just gave me some extra work (thanks mate), but I would bet ALL my hard earned that if there is any "complete revision" it would be the other way around even though 100 miles is a masterpiece and an exemplary piece of sampling where Dre simply just throws it all in ya face like his sacks are simply too full to be bargained with; any other producer would've made at least two if not even three tracks from that same one song.

  • @RasputinStream ..yeah i miss those dre productions..he's too sparse now days, still class though.

  • No doubt. They surpassed most mc's from the States that time and their beats and samples were right up there with the rest of them.

  • agreed!!!!!!!

  • no british rapper or hip hop group could ever to this day fuck with hijack they were and are number 1
