This is a very good video. At first I thought it was going to be a bit dullish but you describe things very well and keep me interested. Thanks for the vid!!
this is a great video i believe you have missed a gland, which is a thymus gland (immune system) which is the one right underneath the Thyroid gland =)
I think he probably skipped it because the role of the thymus is immune in nature, as you stated - specifically it is a protected location for the maturation of T-lymphocytes. Since it does not synthesize or secrete hormones, it is not considered a part of the endocrine system.
Another great video...I'm glad you took the time to draw/show the locations of all the glands. It made it easier to retain their locations, without all the other organs in the way. Thanx for being so generous with your knowledge:)
I have been browsing through your videos and was watching Endocrine 1 and all of them view well. However this 1 in particular looks "squished" as it's very narrow. I don't think my settings are wrong but is that the way it's suppose to look? The height is normal size but the width is 1/3 of the size of the window. I don't know if that makes sense but that's what i'm seeing and it's difficult to watch the video.
If you go onto my web site you can e mail me and order one, you will need to send me your postal address, we normally say £2 per DVD within the UK, including postage. Once you have the disk you can make copies for your friends. You cant download them because the files are too big,
