I made this costume. Most items were bought at a thrift store and I made everything else myself.

I bought the pants and shoes from a thrift store, and the shirt from target. The STARS logo and words on the back of the shirt are iron on transfers, and I made the shoulderpads with fabric sewn over foam. Hat was fabric stuffed with batting and iron on transfer. Gloves, watch, and belt were bought at stores. Holster and gun were from ebay. Thats all I think.
