Sen. Lamar Alexander calls Medicaid a "medical ghetto" three times

It's called "Medicaid Ghetto" because no doctors want to accept patients and the enrollees end up in ERs anyway. Healthcare blight. Most people, esp. in poor areas can rarely get good healthcare. Does the Ghetto exist? Is it racist that the Ghetto is there? And if you weren't hung up on one word, maybe you could have heard his message, dumping millions in the medicaid is not reform.

That 'medical ghetto' as he calls it, is all some people have for health care. Not all are people of privilege as the Honorable Alexander is. Just to put it simply-Republicans are by and large, jack-asses.
