Rather than have a dispute about the VSTi with a demo video poster. Try getting in touch with the VSTi developer to remove the image or tag your name to the visual representation of the VSTi and that the audio from the VSTi isn't representative of the organ in the picture.
@ThatHammondSound Huh, don't you understand that this is not VST that I have created, I only demonstrated this program...however this VST uses picture of Prinzipal67, but I am not creator of this program, so this isn't my duty to delete video...If you have problem about using photo contact creator of this program...
It's not that bad considering it's free, maybe it's no better than a keyboard or synth module sampling or synthesizing a church organ but this would probably more suite someone who only has a dummy soundless midi controller keyboard. This wouldn't be worth paying for though.
The VSTi plugin is shared for free. There is no commercial gain or use involved, so you suffer no financial loss. As for your ego, if this is a matter of ego, you can do one of two things: accept the situation and place your ego in a different direction, or you could go ahead and file a law suit invoking some kind of moral damage, even though I do no see how that would be the case, but I doubt the court will grant any financial penalty fees, as no money is gained. continuation...
So filing a law suit may bring give the sole satisfaction of having the picture taken down, but I hardly see how this would be worth the effort. You should also know, that once you place a picture on the internet and there is no copyright officially attached to it, it is public domain, free for everyone to use, since you made it public. Also the plugin has already been downloaded by a number of people, so you'd still achieve nothing. I think u should be proud ur pic is used.
@flotopo On a technicality, you are wrong regarding placement of images on the internet. every popular browser/search engine that allows for the searching of images has a disclaimer, the one on Google reads 'Images may be subject to copyright.' If an image is instantly recognisable too, like artwork, portraits or similar that is subject to copyright.
As for the picture on the VSTi, a little chat might have eased things and labelling the pic and its source.
That "images MAY be subject to copyright" is the part where things get confusing and I think it's a grey area. Having said that, I must say I do agree with you that a little chat would have surely eased thins and indeed the right thing to be done should be labeling the pic and its source. I suppose that's not too late to be done yet.
@flotopo Indeed, a grey area unless the images are registered with a photo library or a photographers website claiming copyright but most internet users think images are free to grab. Fine, if its personal or non-profit use... but :-\ if something like this comes up (even tho it's still a non-profit use).
Organ man has a bee in his bonnet, where a simple email would fix it. Kindly remove my pic or name my pic (for copyright reasons) as a visual (but not audio) representation of the VSTi
I agree to naming the pic, but unfortunately things are now to the point when what's done it's done. If the the organ man contacts the developer of the VSTi, I doubt the developer will have something against naming the picture or naming the source of the pic.

Problem solved.

The man asked you nicely to take his photo down. Delete the clip or use a photo that belongs to you.

@Prinzipal67 Hello, this is only video demonstration of VST that uses your photo, and I am not creator of that VST plug-in.

Sounds synthetic. I can hear the electronic oscillation like an old Casio or something. Good attempt though.

Gruesome! Bach would turn over in his grave over this disgrace being called "church music"!

Good for nothing, take this out, a church organ can´t have anyway too much sustain, horrible, the worst plugin for organ i´ve heard all the time.
