Lets all keep in mind that they dont have any good facilities. Specially in Hot weather they have do their work out without AC/or even electric fan, your body gets heatup and you cant do more that an hour or exercise. On the other hand if you have doing exercise in good gym plus also getting proper food and the required medicine , you are sure able to to compete anywhere in the world.
