  • I enjoyed your video. "Ooooops -- I heard a pop." I roasts green coffee beans as well since about 4 weeks. I use a $16 Chefmate popcorn popper from Target! It works fantastic. I put in 1/2 cup of green beans and get out 1 cup of dark-brown roasted coffee beans....great flavor. The beans should sit for at least 12 hours in an open container so that the CO2 can escape. After that store in a sealed glass container. Are no longer "fresh" after 8 days.

  • that might work in a southern summer but up north you need the 1500W poppery for a proper pop.

    thanks for the video, I'm still undecided about which popper to get to roast my coffee, and I think your video just sold me that Wear-Ever..
