Hmmm, Schiff is a pretty smart person and I usely agree with his economic view points though on this one I don't agree with him totally. For one the senate and house are smart they know for the most part what they do (premeditated). Meaning they know the negative consequences of there actions. I'll stop there but I think U get the picture.

@Scoforever WRONG for profit health insurance for primary care has never been able to cover everyone. They tried this in Switzerland and in 1994 they reformed their system and made it illegal. The US System is ranked 37th in the world and every other country in the world that has better care for profit health insurance for primary care is prohibited by law as it should be. People shouldn't be denyed care just so Stephen Hemsley can make another billion.

And you do advocate violence. I live in the UK. I can't opt out of paying taxes towards the NHS. If I try, the government sends increasingly threatening messages. Eventually it comes to the police arresting me. If I resist, I could be beaten, or even shot. If that isn't violence then what is?

@Scoforever The other strawman is that HMOs shouldn't be reqiuired to cover people with HMOs because that would be defeating the purpose and then he says that it would be like giving fire insurance to someone after their house burned down. Of course you can't get health insurance for a house that burned down just like you can't get health insurance for dead people.

I'm seriously thinking of leaving the US for the Philipines. I was stationed there years ago, they speak english and love americans. Besides, they are part of asia, which is rising, unlike the USA, which is in decline. The 'mercun sheeple have become leeches. They want big daddy gov't to take care of them cradle to grave, NO CONSEQUENCES! I am sick of paying for corrupt gov't and useless eaters. At least in the Philipines, I'll only have to pay for corrupt gov't. No Barney Frank & Obama either.

It's not the paying taxes that is so bad in of itself, it is the NO REPRESENTATION part that I don't like. We get absolutely NOTHING via representation in return for our tax dollars.
