Anyone wondered why the police would check the room opposite when he wasn't found in his registered room, 644? Unlikely, the reception would have remembered Bourne's earlier request and then told the police. But then again it could be another example of German efficiency.

Why is the picture flipped the other way?

@critic37509 The uploader flips it on purpose. It makes it harder for automated trawlers to find it and identify it as copyrighted content, which Youtube would then have to bring down

three main pathways on a simple evasion:

hiding, climbing, running (each could be in a variety of different ways).

when police catch attention of you, they acquire a lead on a position and engulf that position in a radius (police patrolling for U)

going out like that a helicopter (track his position), ambush, trap could of awaited him. plus his reconnaissance and viewing distance control is off when he comes out (careless). his movement is irregular (no psychological camouflage). inconsistency?

@kroontjetyla I live in Germany, and never ever heard that siren anywhere. And in this movie you can hear sirens which were used back in the 1950s, for example at 2:06. I also don't know why the "Police" lettering is mirrored on all police cars in this scene :-S

@faisca5 OMG i've just got on to that aswell! I had to put my dvd on. I thought i was goin mad. Everything is the other way around. I noticed it when he jumped in front of the train, as I alway know on the dvd it comes from the right hand side of the frame, here it comes from the left. Then when I played it back, i realised everything is the opposite way around!!? Thanks, I thought it looked unfamiliar

@Chaos3140 Book sucks, poorly written and full of mistakes. Good pace in the beginning, but bad pace after that. And some lines are repeated an awful lot. Actually this is the only time i find the movie better than the book. Which is absolutely not the case with (for example) the lord of the rings or Da vinci code/angels and demons.

@AnacrusisProductions I do know the movies were based on the books and i do love the movies but i dont love the books. I don't rememberwhich book i was talking about, but it started quite oke but it absolutely bored me/irritated me(the mistakes and repeting lines of bourne).

@manohordijk I've tried reading the books... well The bourne Ultimatum at least after picking it up at a fle market. i too found it boring. Obviously the minds behind the movies didn't or we wouldn't be viewing this excellent movie clip. The movies are amazing. I love the car chase and this foot chase in this movie and the roof chase and fight with Treadstone killer Desh in the third movie. Classics.
