Maybe you couldn't get Lilly because there were two companions with you, because i know you can get Lilly.

@Buttaredtoast You have to get Lily at a certain point in the game. I've done it before. I'm not sure I had the right version of the mod though to do it here.

Hve to trick Lily into becoming a companion. When she is in the chair in the blood bank you trick her into drinking from the Animus. This means you would have to wait and free her until after you do Grouts.

There's only so many available options for companions. There are many more now in the later versions of this mod. Go check out the companion mod website if you're interested.

Lily is a companion option, but in the later releases of the mod, which I don't have.
