  • there anybody playing online battlefield modern combat 2 ?

  • @zygswimer yep, about 30 people online when you go on

  • Comment removed

  • @theryukendo111 are you sure you're not talking about BF2? BF2 has about that many, but BF2: Modern Combat only has a few hundred.

  • killzone?

  • @grazemn doesn't have it

  • does any one want to go online

on ratchet and clank up your arsenal

  • @CoolKingo i'm not sure I don't own it

  • @ps2nolimits bro for racthet deadlock u know the ps2 fat one with the expansion bay.. ok some games require a hdd or hard drive that needs to be put into the expansion bay to make the game go online faster.. does ratchet deadlock require this hdd from what you have setted up

  • @cloudforgiven I've never heard of the hdd making the game go online faster, so I'm not sure. Personally I do not have an HDD and get online fine with all my games including Ratchet: Deadlocked.

  • mortal kombat armageddon and mortal kombat deception have the startup disk in them. i can prove it.

  • mortal kombat armageddon and mortal kombat deception have the startup disk in them. i can prove it.

  • So the set up I described is possible with future perfect

  • does timesplitters 2 support 16 players by connecting 4 ps2's in a LAN party and having 4 player splitscreening on each one?

  • @natedogis2cool I'm not sure tbh, I have never tested this myself. But I believe you can't have more than either 4 or 8 players total in one match. However, you can play 4 player splitscreen and 16 players in a LAN party on Timesplitters: Future Perfect.

  • anybody still playing ps2 online?

  • @fifh89 yeah, not a whole lot but if you play the right games you'll still find some people to play online with. The most populated PS2 online game is SOCOM: Combined Assault which has 1000+ people on at most times.

  • @ps2nolimits thanks for the intel dude! think i'll try scrounge up an ethercable this week and have a go at it. hopefully there'll be some rainbow6 diehards loafing around too! :)

  • @fifh89 which rainbow six do you have? I have rainbow 6: lockdown, so I could play with you ;). I don't think many people play it. There were only 3 people online when I went on awhile ago. But you can search "ps2 online gaming" on google, and join the site which should be hte first search result. I'm a member of it and its a really good site for scheduling games/finding people who have the sames games as you.

  • @fifh89 i do, but i have games like madden o8' or nba 2k7 and all the others oldies.. but do you know if cod 3 goes online??

  • @Avionttay cod3 has online yes

  • @Avionttay I've seen videos of people playing the PS3 version. Seems like I need the startup disc for the games the I have/want to be playing.

  • hey call of duty 3 dont have

  • @irshad619re yeah it doesn't, I put it in the section of the video showing games that don't have it

  • any fighting games with online capablities?

  • @thegreatcyke4ever

Mortal Kombat and Godzilla have online modes

  • @ps2nolimits

    thanks alot!

  • How do you do it with call of duty 2 big red one

  • @Lionelman1 I believe I made a mistake with that one. I remember checking and seeing that it actually does not have the function...

  • @ps2nolimits socom combined assault dosent have it either i remember going online and it said error 612.

  • @lebronbbc

I'm not sure what error you are talking about but Socom: CA does have the function to make a network config, I did it myself awhile ago.

  • @supadevil3

    no it does not :|

  • IT SHOULD BE SO COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL IF THERE WAS A SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS ONLINE :O

  • @SasukeSuperSayayin4

I'm not sure how that would work, but anything related to Shadow of the Colossus is/would be cool

  • @ps2nolimits imagine....you are there going to a colossus....with a group of friends....climbing and killing the colossus (of course with help the colossus should be in super hard mode) ....it would be so coooool

  • @SasukeSuperSayayin4

    yes...yes it would

  • lol nice shadow of the colossus song :D

  • im going to try cod 3 :)

  • estan buenos sigue asi

  • what is a startup disc anyway?is it easy to connect on online gaming?i mean there are no set-ups?

  • @menaceflame The start-up disc is what you use to create a network configuration to save to your ps2 to allow you to connect online. It's pretty easy to connect to online as long as you have either the disc or one of these days, and of course a router and anethernet cord to connect your ps2 to it.

  • call of duty world at war???/?????????

  • @matbenaid99

no it doesn't have it, in fact Call of Duty World at War: Final Fronts for the PS2 does not even have online multiplayer in the first place

  • @kieranbormliz I wouldn't know sorry, I have never used chipped PS2 games. You'll just have to test it yourself I guess.

  • does need for speed undreground have it

  • @cesa97 I'll try to check that for you, as I own the game. What i do know is that the online server's for NFS: Underground were terminated, but if it has the start-up disc feature built-in you could still use that

  • does atv off road fury4 have it

  • @jgeralds99

    yes

  • @ps2nolimits i went to multiplayer and it said play with a friend or online it no multitap for ps2 detected

  • @jgeralds99

no multitap? So were you trying to play with 3 people at once?

  • what about the ones not listed in the updates

  • @jgeralds99

  • thanks a bunch dude

  • Can any one tell me wich of the ghost recon games need start up disk

  • @DarkSkem

  • can anyone help me?

i have ratchet gladiator and i wanna play online

    how do i do that?

    plz help me

  • does ratchet:dead lock have online set up on it?

  • i'm not sure, but I own it now, so I will try to check

  • yes it does :)

  • yay thx i just got it today ^_^

  • Call of Duty 3 doesnt does it it doesnt work on my PS2

  • hey

on killzone it tells me to type in an password and that whole stuff.

i do know that u can create a username and password or something like that with the network access disc. i even got it here... the problem is that it wont work with me coz it tells me to find a 14 numbered code in the back of my console which i cant find..... now the question is : do i need the access disc or do i create an account for killzone somewhere else ?

  • @ebelein what is this 14-numbered code?

If you can't get the online start-up disc to work, then you'll have to get a game with that utility built in, like the games in this video. You can't just create and account for KIllzone and play online unless you have already saved a network configuration file to your memory card using either the games in this video or the network start-up disc you have.

  • can someone tell me if battlefield 2 modern combat for ps2 online any good ???

iam thinkin of getting it but right now all i play is cod3 online

  • @hellobrun battlefield 2: modern combat is an amazing game, leaps and bounds better than cod3 online trust me...but unfortunately the online servers are destined to go down soon and people can't create new accounts anymore. So unless you can find someone who can give you a spare account (I already gave mine away) you won't be able to play online. Search around on google and in ea forums, I've seen people giving away spare accounts.

  • hey how do i play call of duty 2 big red one online? When i go multiplayer it tells me to choose a network to go online. I have my network adaptor plugged in with the ethernet cable in it and it still tells me that. Do i need the startup disk to make an acc for online?

  • @01erikster10 yes, you need to create a network configuration using the start-up disc. You can also get any of the games shown in this video to have it built into the game, allowing you to create a new network configuration when it asks you to select one.

  • thx for the video dude!

  • Great Video!!

  • thanks

  • is there a built in startup disk for ratchet and clank3 up your arsenal?

  • I believe it does

  • have one

  • but how can i play CoD3 then?? plz make a vid or tell me

  • you need to either find a start-up disc or use one of the games I listed or are listed in other vids like this to create one. Start-up discs can be found on ebay for less than $5. But the easiest way would be to use any of these games.

  • i know lol. I might switch it out since it really is out of place. This video just saying wasn't my idea. I'm basically just adding games I own to this list that teh2dgamer doesn't own.

  • I like that song. It is kinda funny having such epic music for a list like this though haha.
