  • very nice

  • Takedown is good, kneebar is likely if you are grappling a turd....looks cool but not a high percent move

  • @jcole135 as are most bjj techniques in real life

  • love the knee bar, theres a lot of lag time during the transition

  • Thanks for posting!

  • sweep that other foot! make it look extra cool haha.

  • @stu106 : I love this comment haha.

  • well done

  • nice vid i especialy liked the way that u really put ur knee in the top joint of his leg helping to keep his leg straight while u sustain the bar

  • isnt that an illigle move? not the single leg but the leg bar

  • No, the move is legal in just about every competition at every level, except kids divisions.

  • @JaneAlbert for white belts its illegal but everything else is fine

  • @JaneAlbert I think these are MMA guys

  • dude is this legal in folkstyle high school wrestling? cuz if it is ill add it to my resume haha

  • nice bro thanks. but when you get that leg up and in your control, shouldnt you put your shoulder into his waist to drive him down? jw thanks for the vid.

  • Sure, that's an option. Once you have his leg, you can put him on his back in a number of ways, most we have learned from wrestling. In this case, I chose to raise his leg and torque him back, but your way works too. Thanks for the comment!

  • @BennettgraySchultz there are many different ways of doing the single leg takedown. I like seeing variations (like this one) because you can never rely on just ONE way of doing a thing---you never know if the opponent will counter. This is similar to a "leg scoop" takedown. Good stuff, sir.

  • Excellent!
