Lyger is correct, if you are going to use a normal compression tester and not a rotary tester you would need to hold down the pressure release valve to see the compression of the 3 rotor faces, for a total of 6 compression numbers. Having 2 peak compression readings is inaccurate.

you're not doing a rotary compression test accurately. peak compression does NOT give an indication of peak compression for EACH of the 3 faces.
