I absolutely love this song! Personally I don't have much relation to war itself either, but for me these lyrics relate to an emotional crisis where you look in the mirror and have to realize, wow, I'm not myself, I'm a replica of me. Who doesn't know this feeling, right?? Another favorite for me is "Juliet", I even uploaded a cover of it, so kind of a "female stalker version" ;) Please check it out =)

I don't even know how to describe the amazingness of this band. They're like, fucking incredible. I have to put the 'fucking' in there to describe just how fantastical they are. Tony's voice is beautiful and the guitars murder all that nu metal deathcore garbage. And I thought Blind Guardian was an awesome power band. I see why my friend has to say 'Sonata Arctica' instead of 'SA'.

@gomongio The man is BROKEN, the war has destroyed what he once was... he is only a replica... he wants people to remember who he used to be, before he went away. He wishes he'd stayed home, but now, he cannot stand (I always think he's in a wheelchair). Just because we win a war doesn't mean everyone who fought in it has won. Having had to deal with illness and disability to some extent myself... I entirely understand what "I'm a replica" means.
