So the premise of your argument is that there is not a congestion problem in Bath, is it? Inane political point scoring!
Please remember that the Lib Dems were in favour of the Bath Transport Plan - or whatever it is calling itself these days - and so you can't really complain too bitterly about it.
Or possibly the BRT's offroad route was added by the Tories after they took over....
Oh, no, it wasn't, was it? If there is no congestion, then why did you want the BTP initially?
I'm certainly not in favour of the BRT but you do yourselves no favours by timing a journey at about the quietest time of the whole day and trying to make out it's representative. Let me know when you upload the videos of coming into town at 0830 and returning at 1700...
We were very open about the time of day. For the majority of the day the Park and Ride is this busy and so is the road to the Windsor Bridge, with Park and Ride buses running almost empty subsidised by the tax payer.
The BRT will be in place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to run empty buses, apart from early morning and at the end of the day when for perhaps an hour they would be full.
You really should do this at 9am or 5.30pm. It's not exactly a hard problem for you to test.
