You just have the necessary blocks in the cache and PAM (performance acceleration module based on SSD technology)!

Interresting but tell me how are you going to run 5000 machines off 15 drives?
You are using a raid DP off one aggregate?

@soncep NetApp caching engine and its 24 disks, not 15.

Fast but why not Xen server?
The VDI given to users with Xen seems much faster.
