In Bleach 1, Rukia was nearly killed by that low-level hollow that attacked Ichigo's family, yet she puts up a fight against two espadas (#9 and #6)? Something isn't right here...

thats because she was protecting ichigo and she probably trained since then and they where realy one person and just barley plus if you notice in the first ep the building that blows up when the first hollo appears its say's "pot" so she musta been stoned

she had the seal on, the one that limits their powers (mentioned in the arrancar ark) and I'm assuming when she stayed in soul society after the rescue Rukia ark and one other ark, she was able to get her final form of sns.

@xxtheEmoStarxx she was nearly killed because she saved ichigo and took the attack, but dont forgett one thing: u cant say if the hollow was stronger than for example grand fisher or not. of course ichigo killed him but dont forgett that he couldnt controll his reiatsu (he still cant it perfectly -.-) it could be that he fought the hollow at nearly max power so actually it isnt that hard to understand that she got nearlly killed...hey rukia isn´t a kenpachi she can´t use a reiatsu amor^^

his zanpakto is like always in shikai, im not sure why. but ya i think the older one is what his looked like befor he knew its name so before he put into shikai, then it never went back XD. kinda like how he doesn't knwo how to lower his spirit pressure.
