Let's think of it this way: There's been MILLIONS of copies of this game sold, and MILLIONS more of other violent video games, and how many times do we see on the news that someone killed another because of a game? MAYBE one time a year, if that. How many times do people die from alcohol related accidents a year? MILLIONS of times, yet that's legal, and with a similar age limit.

It's not the violence they dislikes, it's the "fact" that you are "a terrorist". If the CIA agent would have been attacking terrorists it would have been fine. Gosh. Why does the guy in the video have to defend that you for ONCE play as a terrorist. It would have been OK if you weren't an under cover agent and acually be a terrorist in the game. 1. It's rated M for a reason. There's no excuse for an 8-year old to pick this game up.
2.You have the option to skip the level!
3. You have a choice to not shoot the civilians. All the testers of the game did it instinctively.
4.This level shows how videos games should be done story-wise. Video games are an art form, and as such, should be as graphic as the makes want it to be.

5. We have seen shooting games before.
