you dont have to buy a new motor. you could just remove the foam and plastic walls in the stalk and put in a bigger battery type. youll also need a converter head for your battery wire since the one thats in there is made for mini battery types. that would up the velocity of your gun and save you some money with very little know how.

It can take either of them. It depends on what you want, .12=greater fps .20=greater accuracy
