That would suggest this is over weight as he is not a especially large Dane when you compare it to the German Shepherd, a dog I own. So learn about a Dane first knobhead

GSD's are very reliable..I am a first time owner and was very surprised with the traits of said breed. I sent him for an obedience training but before he was able to undergo such, as early as two months he knows how to sit, down..now that he's a year older,he surprised me more.There are times when I was looking for his leash...I was so annoyed coz I couldn't find it then suddenly my GSD took it under the sac of rice while staring at me wanting to say "he moron, here's the leash! use your eyes"!
