  • Everyone here needs to stfu about which "race" has benefited humanity better. In the end you guys are probably all dumbassess that will never contribute anything to society. Just because your part of a race that has acheved a lot does not make you any smarter than someone else.

  • We always were in the top, u Americans think ur so great, but we have been great since many thousand years

  • The nature and its untold history behind India now is a key player in what a real India is all about.

  • i agree its a bad job. if an indian had to do it ,it wud be much more comprehensive,, the vedas have the secret of the universe in them ,, all he can observe is its from the bronze age,, but these secrets are very well protected,, i wudn expect more from a westerner

  • Folks what we have here is the "Mythological" River: Sarasvati, mentioned in the Rig Veda. From Wikipedia: "...later Vedic Texts like Tandya and Jaminiya Brahmanas as well as The Mahabharata mention that the Sarasvati dried up in a desert." Unbelievable, or so it seems to me. Cheers.

  • Starting at about 1:49 Dr. Sanjeev Gupta's Computer Enhanced Presentation absolutely fascinating- food for thought. Based upon my understanding, I have found some of these episodes problematic and less than accurate. I am sticking with Mr. "skinnysim's" uploads as there does not appear to be Headings that may confuse or obscure. At times may be a commingleing of Science and Religion which produces curious results.

  • No clue why anyone would think he is doing a bad job or full of ego - I think he does great, seems to really love, know, and appreciate India and its history. I learned to appreciate my culture even more from this documentary.

  • This bbc guys is a total laugh, so much ego!!! Not a good reporter for INDIA. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

  • @soulfulgirly I'm positive, you with your opinionated booing could do a better job, grow up, the man is just trying to do a documentary, doesn't require a huge skill set.

  • @JohnMD2K Having an opinion is being a grown up. I don't like him and I wish they had someone else, as I personally didn't find it enjoyable to have to watch this guy! Sorry if it disturbs you, if you are uncomfortable with opinions maybe better not to read them!

  • @JohnMD2K Of course a documentary maker does require skill and should be skilled. Have you seen David Attenborough's documentaries .. that's skill and professionalism and innovation. Watch the Planet Earth series.

  • To me, this video series seems biased. Why don't they do there research comprehensively. The man in this video is talking about human migration to india 40,000 years ago, whereas there is concrete evidence in the stone paintings that humans were there much earlier than that around 100000 years ago, in Bhimbetka rock shelters. Why dont they do unbiased research.

  • @rahsum hundred thousand years ago there wasnt even people in africa, how would there be humans in india u fool

  • @rahsum You should do a documentary film if you know so much.

  • very informative .

  • does anyone know a PBS promotion code that i can use to get a discount? i want to buy the DVD and book combo, its a fantastic documentary!
