They are both very capable programs. I agree with you that Family Tree Maker has a nicer look and feel than Legacy. If you're an Ancestry.com subscriber I'd recommend Family Tree Maker over Legacy. ----Ben >@<

I am not a Mormon. I am presently using Legacy 7. I'm considering switching to Family Tree Maker. Do you think FTM is a better program than Legacy. From what I can see, I like the layout better in FTM.
