Most dancing games do really simple bad dance moves but this one is actually good with real locking and stuff

well yes, motion captures has nothing to do with graphics. Motion capture means real pro dancers dance in a studio and their movements are recorded through devices around their bodies, then those movements are "played" on a virtual skeleton. They are using a lot of motion capture data to achieve that "natural" dancing.
