  • I have an idea everyone. Lets critize someone whos actually doing something. Everyones an expert on Youtube apparently. As i said, at least hes out doing something, and compared from the first video, it seems to be working.

  • im no expert and im not looking for stuff wrong like jasong but one handed hammer swings are kind of just like loosening up the shoulders like a warm up, when u get 2 hands on it is when u add alot of core strength, also when u do those push things with the e-z bar keep ur back straight, but thinks for the ideas though im looking to make a home gym for myself, do u practice any martial art in any gym away from home?

  • Again as I said on your other vid if your doing this stuff to train for fighting great. You may want to touch base with a strength and conditioning coach who works with fighters just to tighten up your form as if you cheat the techniques you cheapen the results, and has been said with the tire flips and hammer work you weren't really getting the legs as involved as you maybe should be. If your just doing this stuff to get in shape there other ways less likely to hurt you to do that.

  • Ooo he's wearing an Affliction shirt. He must know what he's doing when it comes to MMA. Terrible technique throughout. No legs whatsoever used for the tire flip and single handed hammer swings are useless...

  • Form on the tire looks adequate to me. Not sue about the hammer swings. Doubt they are useless but they do seem to invited injury.

    I'm just curious why you have to post some B.S. comment about it in the first place.

    This workout is for endurance, stamina & flex.. Its really heavy. Heh, even professional football players and icehockey players are using this kind of workout. And Fedor aswell, since you thought this guy had a cool Affliction t-shirt. I suggest you put that bag of chips to the side and go and do this workout, 10 rep's circuit should be OK.

  • Medicine ball pushups for the win. But 1:20, great way to give yourself a rotator cuff injury, put two hands on that mother. 2:00 is very good form, keep it tight. At 3:08, try going back over the strings the other way, but go over one, drop and crawl the next, then over, under, etc. You got some killer core workouts man, keep it up.

  • if anybody wants a little more staminia you can do what wandy does and wear a snorkel so you get the effects of being at higher altitudes and on the barbell push(1:40 - 1:55) i saw somone do this but he was jumping too and he said that fedor does that,so i do 2

  • yeah i saw someone training in a blacked out gas mask on another vid. they said it gave him resistance to breath against, and also gave a sense of costriphobia (spelling?)

  • wearing a snorkel with tape over the nose is another good one to boost stamina and endurance, it also helps you to keep calm, and able to stay in control when your body demands oxygen and the release of lactic acid build up during a fight

    though.... at 1:54 i don't recommend ppl throw the curl bar (or dumbells or barbells) on the ground at the end of a set. that's a real bad habit of laziness and destroys equipment.

  • Juxtaposed Ill Formed Workouts...Go To A MMA Gym...Dont Struggle With That 50 Pounder Son, I Weigh 150 And I Curl 40 For My Routine...This Is A Decent Improvised Standard Workout, MMA Workout It Is Not At All...

  • please don't call it an mma workout when you really don't do anything mma. And that kid who said he had only the basics is kidding right? The basics would be thai pads and a punching bag that could be hung and used as a ground and pound bag. MMA is not climbing ropes or hitting tires unless he is doing this after an MMA workout then thats different.Learn the techniques first before you do a circuit and go to a real gym it will be alot better for you

  • don't be an idiot...i do a lot of different routines...this is only one set. I do this 6 times with only 1 minute breaks in between. this is only circuit training, i do my legs in the gym!
