Because Cameron Paul did not do an instrumental version of Push It by Salt-N-Pepa.

Cameron Paul did a vocal remixed version of Push It.

All though the original pressing of the 12'' red vinyl single of Push It/Tramp by Salt-N-Pepa does have the instrumental version of Push It, but it's just mostly bass and beats.

Cameron Paul was the one, that added the melody with the oregon/synthesizer to the Push It song by Salt-N-Pepa, to make the song more interesting.
