If you want a professional flat iron and you are ok with spending around $140 I would highly recommend the Karmin G3 Salon Pro, it heats up to 450f with temperature control, dual voltage, tourmaline ceramic plates with rounded edges which makes it great for also curling your hair. Also has a 3 year warranty. If you do look at other irons make sure to stay away from irons with painted plates (colored plates) these can damage your hair.
If you want a professional straightener and you are ok with spending around $140 I would highly recommend the Karmin G3 Salon Pro, it heats up to 450f, tourmaline ceramic plates with rounded edges which makes it great for also curling your hair. If you do look at other irons make sure to stay away from irons with painted plates (colored plates) these can damage your hair. You can buy from My Hair Styling Tools or Hair Products Pro. Good luck and I hope this helps.
sweet heart, dont listen to this fucktard COCOsXmOmMa. you are BEAUTIFUL! they are just fat and ugly therefore unhappy and trying to do the same to you
Hi there.. i want to buy a solia flat iron but i have straight hair and i want to curl it.... Is solia a good choice for me? What flat Iron do you suggiest me????
Did you ever clean it? It shouldn't smell, and it probably didn't much when you first got it, but very often people don't clean their flat irons and they damage the iron doing so...
the kiyoseki really sucks i baught one about a year ago on my birthday and it worked perfectly but in the following 2 weeks my brother tried using it and IT BURNT A SECTION OF HIS HAIR OFF and it wouldnt turn back on so i went and returned it for another one in case it was just a glitch on that one straightner and the second one did the exact same thing so yeah please stop using it if you already are
that is so bizzare! cuz i was planning on getting this and the reason was cuz its NOT supposed burn or damage yer hair! isnt that the whole reason why they made it? uhhh ... thats too bad i really wanted to test this out. maybe i should just buy the famous chi. that always get good reviews right?
I bought mine in december and just last week it stopped working the kiyoseki I really love it though it straightens my curly hair in like 45 mins, but it just stopped working it won't even turn on and it just smells burned lol imma exchange it good thing I got the 4 yr warranty!
i fuckkin love mine!! i love it so much it takes me 2 hours with other straighteners . . .but with the kiyoseki OMG!! it takes me maybe half hour 45 mins
Along with what everyone else said about cleaning the iron, it looks like you were wrapping the cord around the iron which is a big NO NO when it comes to flat irons. Wrapping the cord around the iron may shorten the life of your iron and also affect its ability to "work wonders" lol. Good video though.
wow urs broke after a year?? i have had mine for about 2 years now and it still works AMAZING on my hair and the noise happens to mine too and it doesnt bother me xD
and i didnt know the cord was support to stay stright?? mine is all curly and it doesnt bother me
but mine might still work also because i always use a protection on my hair
me too, I would like to see a demo of both please. I have a straightener called andis but it only goes to 375. I'm afraid to go higher cause I don't want to burn my hair
does your solia heats up around the handles? mine does so it's so hard to concentrate cuz it slowly burns my hand so. i constantly needed to flip it around or switch hands cuz it gets so freakin hot! im planning to exchange.. ( hopefully diff brand)or atleast same brand with no heating prob. btw.. your handles look diff from mine.
The Karmin G3 Salon Pro works better, :P

Maybe you have to clean your plates on your Solia cause the build up from your hair products is on your plates, which can damage your hair.

I actually only had a 30 day warranty from the site that I bought it from. So returning it wasnt an option.
