  • This guy has the right idea! Kill those slimy, putrid, diseased creatures to their maker!

  • I don't see how tropical animals could survive in the Everglades. It can get really cold there. Maybe they've figured out a way to adapt to the climate.

  • i live in central florida, and i don; t like to see this snakes here

  • the video i from 2010, now we have 2/2012, and about 90% of all mammals are gone. go hunters to the everglades, and kill this snakes

  • Why not allow python hunters into the everglades with airguns year round. The modern airguns have enough power to penetrate the skull of a large python and they are quiet so wildlife will not be disturbed. Of course it could be dangerous but hunters are supposed to be rough and tough.

  • florida doesnt need to blame the world for there stupidity

  • ~10,000s of lose pythons in Florida.

~700,000 acres of state land next to the Everglades National Park opened to snake hunting.

~100s of snake hunters, many undoubtedly very skilled at tracking down their prey.

    ~6 week snake hunting season.

    ~ 0 (zero) reported kills.

Ummm??? Oh... I know, the snakes must have ran out of prey in the wild and are now in the city sewer systems eating children and furry pets and growing to over 50 feet in length.

  • yes hunt them and make them into bags and shoes. i'd rather see them used than any other animal.

  • I love snakes, and I known about the Burmese Pythons becoming more and more a part of the life in Florida, but this new to me, Anacondas and Retics????? And we;re having trouble with one species, now we got 2 bigger ones and one that's virtually the same. oh boy

  • Maybe our invasive snakes could fight off and eat our invasive hogs. Just a thought.

  • just fucking leave the snakes dam how bout we kill u

  • @TheDwoods14 they are killing local wildlife what do you want to do about it let thousands of them wipe out local species ?

  • Snakes r awesome! Don't kill them. Give them to me!

  • I am tired of these motherfucking snakes on this motherfucking planet!! KILL 'EM ALL!!!

  • @evermetal2 The best thing we all can do is to buy high caliber firearms and shoot them on sight if we come across any, we can't relay on officials and snake hunters to keep the population down, we all have to fight this together with guns.

  • @n310ea Trust me man, I would do that if I wasn't scared to death of those slimy creatures.

  • Don't get rid of them, people! They're awesome! What did they do to you. They're not a problem if they're not killing anyone!

  • Anacondas are boas , not pythons.

  • There are more fatalities caused by dog attacks in a year than a python or boa has done in 10 years. There's been less than 10 fatalities in 17 years caused by snakes. And the average size for an adult Burmese Python is 11'-16'. And right now we are the invasive species.let's see we cause pollution, deforestation, murder, crime, drug sales (cocaine, meth, heroin, ecstasy etc;) cannabis is excluded for it's a herb made by God just like snakes were. Also governmental corruption, wars, destruction

  • The only major issue I have with the video is the statement that a Burmese Python can grow 'over 30 feet' in length. While I'm sure there are a few documented cases, I think 17-20 feet is a more accurate average length. 25-foot accounts are accurate however, so it's still a very big snake.

Now the Reticulated Python is the longest snake on earth, with a confirmed record length of 28.5 feet, and a possible record of 33 feet.

Both snakes are currently in the pet trade; so easy mix-up...

  • @Koneko1TK Helpful info! Thanks for sharing!

  • @Koneko1TK hey dumb ass a reticulated python is not the longest stnake in the world so research agin and ull find that the green andaconda is the longest snake so get ur facts strait and im only 15 and i know this.....

  • @jad1850 Actually, child, the green anaconda is the Heaviest... not the longest. No need to resort to cussing, okay? ^ ^

  • What an excellent point. Thanks for watching, and thanks for your feedback!

  • It's unfortunate, the measures that must be taken now... It's not the snakes' fault for being out there and doing what comes naturally.

The problem was irresponsible pet owners from way back who either couldn't handle or afford to keep their pets. Instead of taking the time to find someone who could take care of a big snake, they let them loose in the Everglades.

A big snake, as with any exotic pet, is a big responsibility, more so than any dog or house-cat. More people need to realize that...

  • @Koneko1TK I agree with you, like most 'animal problems' it's really a people problem. If people decide on having such snakes as pets, they should do research and make sure they can make a commitment to look after it properly and if they cannot don't get one. Or if something happens and they cannot look after it,find a place you can rehome it to such as reptile zoo ect Too many people get these animals as pets to be 'cool' then once they realize the work involved they dispose of the animal

  • I'm not sure I want to know! :-)

  • Wow if they can Eat a 6 foot Alligator. I wonder what they can do to a 5 foot Human.

  • ok come on ppl snakes are not mean.they just get a bad reputation for protecting them selves.and its not there falt they are there do not cause more ppl to hate them.think in there perspective ok somthing attacks u u kill it in self defense and u are now being cald nasty ,a monster and that is the way they are going down.

  • catch and kill them. why cant we do it to stray cats, The #1 problem in America.

  • damn, snakes are fucking disgusting creatures

  • I didn't expect a rational or intelligent rebuttal from you, thank you for not letting me down. For me it's not a matter of me being able to be harmed or not, it's the fact that haters like you seldom, if ever, have the nerve to make your comments in person in public let alone do anything active to back up what you say, so the reckless meter is reading 0, the same as your threat level to me and the validity of your arguments. 3 time loser. Any valid reptile comments? No? Not shocked.

  • @MissAnimeRenee UNEDUCATED? RATIONAL? INTELLIGENT?? LOL!! That's funny coming from you......I don't have to argue and/or refute your crazy/lunatic rationalizations/justifications about bringing dangerous exotic animals into this country as pets....They're self - refuting.... And you're correct...You do base your child-like silly, fallacious, arguments on my posts.. How else could you lie to yourself about "refuting my arguments??"

  • @rogueronin82 It's not that you don't have to, you don't have the capacity to. So you resort to profanity, vulgarity, pointless double talk and long winded rants that lead nowhere. My points are all valid, your arguments refuted, you manhood and courage proven non existent and intelligence shown, by yourself, to be sub par. You're too busy defending yourself against the accusation of being a coward to even discuss the reptile issue. Me thinks thou doth protest too much.

  • @rogueronin82 The last desperate attempts to salvage some sort of pride? I didn't expect much more really. The constant profanity is a nice touch as well, it clues the rest of the readers into your lack of ability to express yourself without vulgarity, much like a high school child. Unfortunately topics such as this are best handled by adults and not kiddies like yourself so grab your teddy and toddle back to bed, don't let mommy catch that potty mouth either. Maybe we'll talk IF you mature.

  • @MissAnimeRenee Your constant focus and attacks on others intelligence, adulthood and courage in various ways tells me you're VERY insecure about yours..

1.Because deep down you know that its dumb and illogical to have dangerous, exotic animals as pets..(unless you're subconsciously trying to compensate for what's missing)

    2. You use dangerous animals to compensate for being a weakling and a coward ..(which is probably why you're using a sock puppet channel )

  • lolll

  • Stupid for killing them? Really? Are you people retarded? I'm thinking you are....These animals DO NOT belong there ! Regardless of how they got there, they are disrupting the "natural" balance of the everglades !!!!! The snakes are on top of the food chain now, and MUST be erradicated from the Everglades !! Screw this nonsense about studying them! The Biologists out there already know all about them..The great State of Florida should have OPEN season on ALL invasive species before a child dies!

  • They are stupid for killing them and squeezing down on their heads. They are a misunderstood creature to scared pussies.

  • @Virtualpixel maybe have lions and tigers and salt water crocs ,elephants ,funnel web spiders they are misunderstood? should let them roam though your neighbourhood if they are misunderstood?

  • one day soon, there will be a bad accident.

  • You can tell this was a while back before they started getting better information about the situation. I think it's such a shame that humans are responsible for this whole mess and yet once again the animals are being punished. Now they are finding that the cold weather from the past few years has erraticated many of the snakes in the Glades. It never fails to astound me the ignorance of humanity and the lack of respect and humility mankind is capable of.

  • @Walter5734 Every sack o shit dangerous exotic animal owner in the united states should be rounded up and beaten and stomped half to death on sight. They get those dangerous animals over here then turn them lose when they get tired/bored of them instead of killing them, or they let them escape. I hate those people. they drop dog and cats on the side of the road to be killed by cars..Superficial, spoiled rotten,arrogant,conceited,self-absorbed,decadent Americans.....

  • @rogueronin82 I hope you mean irresponsible exotic animal owner.

  • @jjacksonjca No.....I meant what I said.. Those exotic animals escape "responsible exotic animal owners" control all the time...Its arrogance;plain and simple..

  • @rogueronin82 actually Ive never let any of mine go, feel free to stop by and back up your talk ... really, talk about arrogant and conceited ... try a mirror? I don't argue that some people do release them, but damning EVERY exotic pet owner is just ignorance ... just like the people that want to ban right to own these wonderful animals.

  • @rogueronin82 oh, and just to let you know, the first introduction of the burmese python to the everglades was due to a hurricane, not pet owners ... so they would be there regardless. Get your facts straight before you open your trap =)

  • @MissAnimeRenee..... I damn EVERY dangerous exotic pet owner that brings dangerous animals in from where they belong..Period.. Dont care WHAT your rationalization/explanations are...

Its bad enough that some get here in other ways, but to do it on purpose?? It's just plain crazy, arrogant thrill seeking and you put everyone and wildlife at risk so you pricks can have your dangerous animal...

As for" feel free to stop by and backing up my talk;" It just confirms how wreckless you pricks are.

  • @rogueronin82 Nothing to do with reckless, just showing that you're the typical billy badass behind the key board spouting nonsense about things you dont know, making threats you can't/nor have any intetnion of trying to back up, and hating on things you simply dont have the mental capacity to understand. Fear of the unknown, things one doesn't understand and a typical cowards reaction to it.

  • @MissAnimeRenee "blah,"blah," "blah..." attacking character, intelligence, motives, rationalizing the irrational, fallacious arguing.............. All babble and am "conservative"radio talkshow host speak.. Youre Just another scumbag trying to justify bringing dangerous animals into the country...... Nothing more...

  • @rogueronin82 Fallacious? Not hardly, my comments about you being a coward and uneducated are based on your post, I then refuted your other arguments with my own. "Every sack o shit dangerous exotic animal owner in the united states should be rounded up and beaten and stomped half to death on sight", spoken like a true 6th grader .. do you believe it or is it another case of pit bull mouth and humming bird ass? Someones salty because mommy won't let them have a pet maybe?

  • @MissAnimeRenee No,a coward (you)sits safetly behind a computer trying to impress the public with little chicken shit, reality challenged assumptions like: "it's the fact that haters like you seldom, if ever, have the nerve to make your comments in person in public let alone do anything active to back up what you say," and "do you believe it or is it another case of pit bull mouth and humming bird ass?"

All this came from you intentionally mis-characterizing an OPINION of mine as a 'threat'

  • @rogueronin82 Done posting on this thread, there is no point in arguing with an ignorant child. Everyone enjoy the animals you have, do what you love and love what you do. Don't mind the little haters, they don't matter in the long run and their empty threats mean even less than they do.

  • @MissAnimeRenee LOL! Done posting?? Damn right you are. The more you post, the more you keep making my point; You're just another nut case that wants to have dangerous exotic animals as pets and be able to bring them into this country to do so... Spin doctoring, fallacious arguing and disinfo tactics.. Other than that, there's nothing to ya...

.You said you're done, but you're ,INSECURE, weak and you wont be able to resist trying to counter me because this hits home.. YOU'LL BE BACK....

  • @rogueronin82 I've been watching this little spat and it has been rather amusing. Have snakes, don't have snakes, I really don't care ... to each their own. I do have to agree with her points on the reptile issue its self, hold the negligent owners, and those owners alone, responsible. As for the personal issues you 2 have I couldn't care less, but really, you're fighting a losing battle with her and I have to give her kudos for dropping it like the adult and not needing the last word. jmho.

  • @MissAnimeRenee So you callme a "billy badass" accuse me of making threats... show me where I made any threat towards anyone..

You have no idea of what im or anyone else is capable of backing up,nor what intentions anyone has.. "stop by and back your talk." (as if though you cant be harmed)..Children are killing adults, yet youre on here kidding yourself.. More proof of the reckless mentality of those that bring dangerous animals into the country..Go live where they do..dont bring em here

  • @rogueronin82 Just to inform you; almost every breed of dog, cat and bird people have as pets were/are imported as well, not to mention more people suffer more fatal injuries from dogs every year than snakes and more dogs are set loose by heartless owners that now longer want them than other species of animal. Another thought, if you want to go even further, consider the heritage of most of the people in the US, arent WE the most dangerous invasive species here currently?

  • @rogueronin82 A little insight and maturity may show you that you need to blame the individual, not the community or the animal. However, your use of blatant child like profanity leads me to believe that you aren't capable of reaching that level of maturity, ever.

  • @rogueronin82 Should any domesticated animal be turned lose? NO. Should the owners that do be held responsible? Yes. Should there be steps put into effect to ensure the proper life long care of these animals and punish those whose actions are irresponsible ? Absolutely. Should the entire species and community be crucified for the actions of a few irresponsible pet owners? NO.

  • @rogueronin82 If you do manage to rid the US of reptiles then what? Dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, gerbils? Just a little food for though, although your capability to think for yourself is questionable. It must be delightfully easy to just do/think what you're told. Good boy, sit, roll over, play dead. Have a wonderful day Fido.

  • fucking humans dammit we should all day exept for the reptile lovers !!!! : D
