@peach55 I had that same problem too. What I find helps is if you find it hurts too much, then get him to take it out and put it back in again a few seconds later. That really worked for me. In fact, I did that just the other week. It also helps if the guy is lying on his back and you slide yourself down his penis. That way you can do it at your own pace. I also think foreplay is very important so that you are relaxed and hard for when he puts himself inside you.
