The profile bit is one that I designed,,,there isn't one like it at any hardware or tool store...sorry,,,the 90° bit will do fine on inset letters...Regards, Dave
Hey guys, I have a quick question in regards to your "profile bit" for outset letters: Is there another router bit you can recommend that can be readily purchased at a common hardware store, that is similar to your "profil bit"? (Lowes, Home Depot, etc...). I am working on a small project for my Gun Club, and I did not want to invest a lot of money on a bit at this time. If there is not a bit available, then I will just defer to the 90 degree "V" groove bit and make 4" inset letters. Thanks.
