@laxinitup62 bullets have velocity, and will drop down if you shoot them straight foward.

Tha GAU8(gatling gun) have a muzzle velocity of 3,500 ft/s / 1,070 m/s.

sr-71 blackbird has a velocity of mach 3.2 (around 1780mph?)

So bullets will, but bullets are no rockets, and have no engine so at long distance a SR71 will

The gun is the General electric hydraulically driven seven barrel rotary cannon. it is not a gun it is a cannon. it fires 30mm depleted uranium shells. its rate of fire is 4200 rounds a minute, has a muzzle velocity of 3500 fps and an effective range of over 4000 feet. without the ammunition barrel the assembly weighs a few ounces shy of 620 pounds. it only takes a 1 to 2 second burst to deliver several hundred rounds downrange. if you fired its bullet from a rifle it'd break your shoulder

That "fart" sound in real life makers your skin crawl. It's so fucking loud it penetrates your skull and the explosive shells crackle louder than any fireworks you have heard consecativley. I was in the 'ghan 150 meters away when these bad boys went off for about 22 days in a row. All day and night. Trust me... its scary imagining being in front of that gun.
