Being a deli clurk is worse. You have other shit you have to do. And the customers first policy get in the way. We were short staff and their is only three people at most. I pray when I am cooking and there is little of us that no customers ask for Meat and cheeses to be sliced as those take time, while I have to keep up with cooking and keep a temp log. And if we do not fill out the temp log we can get fired. But the customers flood in and the manager are to cheap to fully staff us.
