when i picked up the sax in grade school band we had to learn the national anthem. we practiced to play at a concert, when we played we sounded like a bunch of dying cats and when we went and played for the concert i didn't see people getting up and leaving in disgust, i saw parents and grandparents on the edge of their seats contently listening to their child play even if they were playing the wrong notes. that is the way i see God when we praise his name. Just give God your best!

i have nothing against you though, it's just a personal preference and opinion.. nothing hostile against you.. :) i listen to hillsong music as well, but never perform like this inside our church..

i think the congregation is enjoying the BEAT more.. that's why people go to disco bars, for the BEAT! w/ that said, can we now equate the music in the bars with this? WORSHIP was meant to be pleasing.. worship is a moment where you feel like there's only you and GOD in one room, talking, & no distraction! that's why GOD is never inside a disco bar coz you can't hear His Words in such a noisy place.. if the church is noisy as well, where else can we worship God?

Dude, God is everywhere, He just want no part of sin. And there is not only one way to worship the Lord, and God loves noise in glory to His name, and that is written many places in the Bible.

"Sing to him a new song; play skillfully with a loud noise." (Ps 33:3)

im a drummer so i dont pay attention to other instruments... but dang the bass... is just off on the notes on this song.... and drummer... i guess ur ok... but u get way too excited on the chorus and the fills.... and the bridge... i have no idea how ur the drummer... needs work kid

wut i say is criticism, but it is also a way of making u guys better.. i take criticism even from pple that dont play an instrument, and use it to further develop my skills. and praise... it shud be the best possible sound for God, nothing less... i kno u guys are probly tryin ur best, but im just giving u guys advice, not tryna crap on ur music.
