  • aweeeesome! awesome times. happy to be 23 in '93 :) thanks for the upload and to those that represent real music like they did in those days today.

  • @ abigail061082 I agree with what your saying. I think the problem today is people are making music for all the wrong reasons. Maybe that's why its all very stale!!!

  • Oh my god.... I`ve still got this on vinyl......

  • It's 97 (I think), I'm in the hardcore room at club UK and Rampling drops this around 1am. The rift get's planted in my brain and I can replay on demand forever more.....

  • @mcdonnellmyles I think I was there. The sweat off the ceiling was something else. I still have Club UK water bottle somewhere.

  • a track described by many as the most perfect techno track ever made. who am I to argue?!?!?!

  • Bad company - Numbers (the song in which Bad Company sampled this one)

  • Mmmmmhh...

  • ye but beacause the technology was so limited back then its like the tunes were made with more love and feeling the 90s was the golden era for dance!

  • this is what music they prob listen to on the starship enterprise

  • ACID

  • @comacful only somebody as illiterate and ridiculous-sounding as you would agree with a comment such as "music today isn't as good as it used to be". open your mind and your ears to new music, you narrow-minded tit.

  • @intertubers please, elaborate....who is so original today that im so illiterate?....fool....tiesto.....i bet ur 14 years old an after spokin ur first splff.......have u ever heard of dave an brendan webster, chris cowley..etc etc....go bak 2 ur mothers tit.....dope.....

  • 1st time i heard this awsome tune michael kilkie played a set at my club wigan pier 92 i think n that was that what a tune propa

  • It`s all about logical progression really . This tune shits on not all, but alot .

    Not bad for 1993 :o)

It`s the delayed square B-Line that was good in the day and still astonishes others now . Love from mother X

  • when was the last time some new release music got you this excited? Never!!! I think the music through the era's is a reflection of society and "world happiness" perhaps this explains why the music is generally unimaginative these days? Bring back the 90's and thats from someone who was born in 1987!!!!

  • yep :-)

  • WOW!

  • i have the double vinyl on this one with lots of mixes and revamps, by soma too i guess , quite nice, bought it back in 95 or so.

  • i was 1 month old when this came out, im 17 now and its still an epic tune :D

  • @bry1888 lol - your comment made me laugh. fuckin right n all (tho I'm london but same sentiment :)

  • Know the Slam boys well !!! party animals and have been for years still right up for it and playing demon tunes ,,, roll on the 4th of December till I hear them live again in the highlands

  • take your bass hunter and stick it up your ass, THIS is proper old school techno dance music :)

  • At the same time that this record came out, another similar one was released. It was a white label, and the only thing written on it was "HJ". Does anyone remember this record? Was a big cut back in the day...

  • got this 12-top tune

  • YouTube so needs a +8 button...

  • @syadasti fuck yeah, best comment ever

  • the flip side is another absolute classic happy happy happy daze

  • planetlove 2010 anyone?

  • Just a quick comment bout everyone saying 'they dont make music like they used to'. Production on a lot of new music is outstanding. The thing is, tracks like these make us think of the good old days and we think there is nothing better. Of course not much music sounds like this as things progress. This is 1 of my all time faves. Its absolutley amazing, but that is in no way to discredit the work that the same, or new artists are releasing now...just 4 ur music look in better places :D x

  • @abigail061082 v-true what your saying but from a dj point of view it just means having to sift through all the dross.

  • @3dbully i was 2 when this came out and I even say shit now a days sucks.

  • @abigail061082 I agree, a tune out a couple of months ago 'trapped into darkness - LutzenKirchen' is mond blowingly good, absolute stormer, there is good music out there now, of course I love the ones that take me back too.

  • @abigail061082 the accessibility to software etc, the ease of writing music on them etc means the market is flooded with complete garbage and as 3dbully said, it means much more sifting through it all to find the good stuff. Also, this is analogue - it meant have heaps of analogue synths etc to make the music and thus was more hands on, more improvisation and less formulaic. There was nothing better than getting a crew of mates together and jammin on 303s and 90 9s etc - it meant more soul! ;)

  • @abigail061082 I totally agree with you man on this comment I mean this is an old track but still it is a very unique production and you gotta think that they did this with no DAW just straight up synth.

  • @abigail061082 analog synths.

  • @abigail061082 YES YES YES ! What a Lad ! I cant comment ,you said the truth :o) Keep them tunes coming .

  • @abigail061082

exactly , musicians ,producers take inspiration and bring it to another level. nothing is meant to stay the same :) otherwise we would be stagnated

  • @abigail061082 Amen!!!!!!!

  • @abigail061082 Excellent comment. This is what I was listening to and loving 15 years ago. Obviously nothing will have the same emotional power for me. But if people now are enjoying something else to the same degree - good on ya!

  • @abigail061082 Not really, I actually find it to be the complete opposite. Music like this back in the 90's had to rely on more so-called 'inferior' audio technology. But I think the problem is that there's an over-abundance of too much production where there's a loss of creativity aspect.

  • I LOVE IT.BRING BACK THIS MUSIC TO OUR CLUBS.IT IS UP TO US ..OH YE

  • a delicious blast from the past!! :) :) :) :) made me a very happy lady

  • brilliant

  • unfortunately todays youth dont appreciate it the way we used to. thats not to say they dont appreciate good music, they're just about doing other stuff as opposed to us lot in the late eighties/v. early nineties who used to get faced and dance.

  • We'll fight you on the beaches!!!!!!! and in the forest parks!!!!!!

    WHO are Ya !

  • uno de los mejores temas de la musica techno

  • Los pelos como escarpias. Esto si que es música!! Techno forever! I wish nowadays people could do something similar to these excellent beats. With the tecnology more posibilities but.. more shiiiit!!!!!!

  • This i agree with, there should be much better music being made today, but there just seems to be to much crap making it on to vinyl.

    Wheres the quality control..... ?

  • @3dbully no, nothing sounds as good to you anymore just because you don't associate new music with good times. you're probably too old for it all now anyway.

  • @intertubers How wrong you are i dj and i play alot of House/Tech House/Progressive House/Electro and a smattering of Dub Step!

    And i'm 37 not 57 or 67 you abnoxious fool ! :P

  • Quote "Theres no music today like back then-( "

Very true..... There are still some ppl producing tracks in the same vain as the old skool.

  • Agree..But in fact a lot of techno and trance today is soled their soul for cash, and go to comercial projects..Sad but true, damn Ibiza

  • Yes i agree that most artists write music and make money from there music, but i would say that it's mainly the record companys that are really after £'s.

  • You re right, maybie its problem a little bit in us too (me) I listen to tecno and Trance for almost 15 years now, maybie Im a little ready for changing of style but when you like something its hard thing to do..-)
