From a person's perspective that hasn't seen any of them, I'd have to say One Tree Hill.

However, after knowing the back stories, I feel that Supernatural hurt the most because of the bond the two brothers shared. Also, the repeat of their Father's line to Sam was a wonderful and saddening touch.
