Love this scene. I haven't read the books, but I've been spoiled, so I know whyat will happen. Alan Ball has said that Bill/Sookie is the core of the show and that the show is bascially a huge loves tory between them. AND he loves Bill. He's his favorite character, so I'm 100 % sure Alan is not gonna destroy Bill like she does in the books and he will go on a different route the books.
