it's great that so many people are able to find this kind of music, thanks to the internet.
and you know what I'm talking about; real music.
because it's still out there, it's still being made.
there are still people with real talent to be found.
unfortunately it's not enough. the problem, of course, is that the music industry no longer promotes true creativity, they are not interested in cultivating an artist. all they care about are ratings and overnight celebrity for short term gain.

Just saw them last night in Wichita Falls Texas, one of the greatest musical acts I've ever seen in my life. You just have to see them live......

First saw him with his old band, Asylum Street Spankers. He was so good I just had to go see HIS band. Holy crap. I played all my life with some of the best players on the planet, and this guy just HAS it....

Ha ha, saw hima few days ago with a few of them at Threadgills, one was on the toilet paper roll :D He was great, thi was my favorite song he did, too.

I just discovered Guy Forsyth and boy am I HOOKED!!!! I saw him for the first time live at the House of Blues in Dallas a few weeks ago and then a few nights ago at J & J Blues Bar in Fort Worth. He's got an amazing vocal range and the power in his voice is astonding. If you can, you must see this guy in person. What a show!!

You are preaching to the choir here. Guy Forsyth is my favorite artist right now. This video was shot at a 225 person venue in Austin and it doesn't get much better than that.
